Before being dried and finished, the goods are dipped in rubber tree sap, a pure, non-toxic preservative.

The steps to make a basic bamboo and rattan product include: Preliminary processing of bamboo and rattan, product treatment, drying and polishing of the product to increase durability and keep color.

The dry product is dipped in liquid for best durability and color. Any product that has a standard moisture content is graded into categories to be assembled into finished products or shipped to other manufacturing facilities.

Drying is the traditional way to help rattan products have standard moisture. After knitting, the finished product will be dried. Dry processing requires workers to control time very well. It is necessary to dry the product so that the product dries evenly, not too dry because it is easy to damage or too wet will easily mold.
