4. Packing and Delivery
1. How about the samples time and fee?
It will be ready for 7-15 days. The sample will be sent you by express, you can use our own express account or prepay for us. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost.
2. What is about the production time?
Mass production time usually 30-40 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 40-50 days.
3. Can you do OEM? Can you make customer's own brand name?
Yes, we can customize size, color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome. We can provide hang tags, labels or cover in your own design & logo.
4. Can MOQ be smaller?
Yes and you can mixed variety of models together as long as the container is full or LCL shipment is more than 5cbm.
5. Which shipping methods could I choose?
We normally provide our customers EXW, FOB price in USD. Door-to-Door (Ship to your address) or CIF price can be provided at customer's request. Shipping port is Haiphong, which is 4 hours from our factory.
6. Can we visit your manufacturing site/factory?
Of course. You are more than welcome to visit us at anytime, however, we do ask that you call or email in advance to arrange a visit before hand.
7. Payment
For small order value (<$2000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order value, we accept 50% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading or L/C at sight.
